Do it:
This category includes tasks that are both important and urgent. They require immediate attention and should be tackled as soon as possible.
Plan it:
These are tasks that are important but not urgent. They need to be scheduled for a later time to ensure they are completed but don't require immediate action.
Delegate it:
Tasks that are urgent but not important should be delegated to a Virtual Assistant. This frees up your time for more critical tasks.

Drop it:
