There’s a LOT of bland content on the internet.

And most of it says the same old thing.

BLAH BLAH BLAH….👄👄👄👄👄

or should I say BAH BAH BAH 🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑

  • Open LinkedIn and someone’s telling you “consistency is key”.

  • X is full of indie hackers telling you to “keep pushing bro” and sharing MRR screenshots.

  • And we all know that “people buy from people”.🙄

Then AI came along churning out even more of the same old shizz . But a zillion times faster.

So how do you actually stand out from the masses?

👉Originality isn’t the problem - sameness is.

BREAKING NEWS: You don’t need an idea nobody’s ever had before.

And let’s face it, truly original ideas don’t exist because the human brain builds new thoughts by mixing and recycling old concepts.

How the hell do you create original content in the age of AI?

BUT you need to add something that came from YOU.

Share your opinions, tell a story, talk about a cock-up you made or something that made you laugh or share an existing idea in a different way.

Because most content isn’t unoriginal - it’s just unprocessed.

We have an idea, give it a quick wash and blow-dry, then chuck it straight back onto the internet.

👉Welcome to the Beige Internet™

Ask AI: “Write me a LinkedIn post about personal branding.”

10 secs later:

  • ·       Punchy hook.

  • ·       Three sensible points.

  • ·       Something about authenticity.

But nobody cares what ChatGPT or Claude thinks.

Your audience wants to know what personal branding means to YOU.

👉AI can’t replace your thinking🧠🧠

I use my custom Get Sh*t Done GPT and CopyBuddy GPT all the time.

But there’s a BIG difference between:

using AI to express your thinking

using AI instead of thinking.

Before you hit publish, ask: What did I add?

And that doesn’t mean :“Erm… I changed the wording?”

👉The Idiot’s Guide to Marketing Playbook

Marketing and distribution are key to business success but many solopreneurs still don’t really have a scooby doo how to market their business effectively.

I’ve recently returned to X and many indie hackers think marketing means just posting on social media and sending sleazy cold DMs.

Sorry bro but that ain’t an effective marketing strategy.🤣

🎯So, I’ve decided to create a playbook & I’ll share the link to the landing page in the next few weeks - you won’t wanna miss it!

Bye for now,

Your Solopreneur Bestie
