In other words, they help you sell your products/services more creatively and effectively. An engaging narrative is much more interesting than a boring list of facts and figures.
A famous example of brand storytelling is Nike’s Just Do It campaign. It was so powerful that people contacted Nike to share their own “just do it” stories, whether it was leaving a dead-end job or starting a healthier lifestyle.
