How to write a sleaze-free cold sales email
How to nail your cold outreach without being a Sleazy SImon!

In this weekโs newsletter, weโll look at cold outreach and how to write a sleaze-free cold sales email.
1. Why do you need cold outreach?
People will only buy your products/services when they:
Know you
Like you
Trust you
Using cold outreach helps to attract people into your world that donโt currently know who you are.
2. The 2 different types of cold sales emails
1. Sleazy and salesy๐คฎ where you pitch slap your services - this will give your prospect the ick & go straight into the bin. ๐ฎ
2. Sleaze-free and helpful ๐ where you show you understand & empathise with a customer painpoint - this will make your prospect feel understood๐ง & help build an emotional connection. โฅ
A cold sales email has three main objectives:
โ Get opened - use a personalised, attention grabbing subject line.
โ Get read - use the prospectโs name in the salutation, show you understand their problem, mention something you know about them and demonstrate how your product/service can potentially help them solve their painpoint.
โ Get a response - provide value with a lead magnet (free trial, discount voucher etc) and finish with a question to spark conversation.
4. An example of a killer cold sales email ๐
