People are 33% more likely to say yes when you give them a reason — even if it’s a weak one.

Instead of saying: “Sign up for the workshop!”


Try: “Sign up for the workshop because spots fill fast and I don’t want you to miss out.

Tiny word. Huge persuasion power.

If your reader can’t understand what’s in it for them within 3 seconds, they’ll scroll away.

Test this: Read your subject line and first sentence aloud.


If it doesn’t instantly say “this is for me,” rewrite it tighter, bolder, and benefit-first.
